CD duplication printing to the disc:

In this process we output film negatives from your artwork. The negatives are lined up and the image is burned onto aluminium plates. The plates are then loaded into a machine and ink is pushed over a series of rollers and is applied to the discs as CMYK. Offset gives you a 200 LPI (Lines per Inch) image and is perfect for photo quality print on discs. iDEA Media is one of the only manufacturers in the U.S. who has the capability of printing 200 LPI.

CD duplication printing on sleeves and covers:

iDEA Media is automated for packaging paper and cardboard sleeves, amaray cases, jewel cases, stickers and spine labels. Our manual assembly department can handle any packaging project regardless of size or complexity. We have quality control managers roaming the floors 24 hours a day ensuring that every job that leaves our factory is done to our client’s exact specifications.
