Offset Disc Printing Area

In this process we output film negatives from your artwork. The negatives are lined up and the image is burned onto aluminum plates. The plates are then loaded into the machine and ink is pushed over the a series of rollers and is applied to the discs as CMYK. Offset gives you a 200 LPI (Lines Per Inch) image and is perfect for photo quality print on discs. iDEA Media is one of the only manufacturers in the U.S. who has the capability of printing 200 LPI. Offset is not recommended for images that require spot colors.
